Himalayan Investments’ employees are trained in our Code of Business Conduct, which is designed to provide guidance on the Company’s standards of Integrity and Compliance (I & C). Our Code is an integral element in our behavior to business. It describes the basic rules of conduct that we are expected to follow.
We support honest and open communication and encourage our employees to ask questions and report concerns. We will not tolerate retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, discloses any actual or suspected violations or participates in an investigation. Retaliation will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
